Between 1st and 2nd April, 2024, the consortium met in Skopje, North Macedonia, to discuss mainstreaming stategies of www.icf-plan.eu. Mainly the sucess of our project in Austria  and North Macedonia - in both countries ICF-based support plans will be initiated in schools - is highlighted.
