Pfennigparade Phoenix Schulen und Kitas GmbH is a private limited company and social enterprise in the educational and rehabilitation sector in  the holding of Stiftung Pfennigparade. The holding named Pfennigparade consists of 13 different institutions which are legally independent. The Pfennigparade holding offers the wide range of rehabilitation for physically handicapped people up to 1 year until the age of retiring. Pfennigparade Phoenix Schulen und Kitas GmbH runs conductive-inclusive institutions e.g. day nurseries, kindergartens, school, boarding school and day care centers for disabled and non-disabled children and adolescents utilizing the conductive concept by András Petö. Furthermore Pfennigparade Phoenix Schulen und Kitas GmbH offers consulting services and additional conductive training for children and adults.

Pfennigparade/Phoenix show long term expertise in inclusive education mainly for children with motor disabilities. Pfennigparade/Phoenix implemented ICF as a standard desrciption and planning tool in their school and represents an example of good practice.:
