Implementing ICF in North Macedonia

Pilot group kickoff meeting with the participation of Prof. Manfred Pretis.

Lead by Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour abd supported by UNICEF Macedonia former "Disability Commissions" are currently under reform. Functional assessment based on ICF should replace the former "categorisation" of children with disabilities.

Pilot runs are foreseen in 2 municipalities in Skopje.

On April 24 and 25, 2019 a kick of meeting of the pilot group took place in Skopje, North Macedonia. Manfred Pretis provided ICF inputs and current findings of www.icf-school.eu.
